Cancellation and refund policy -

The service you ordered will only be considered canceled if you provide a written cancellation notice and refund request sent to Far East 247 with sufficient advance notice and with written approval from Far East 247 and Such requests are subject to official approval. All cancellation and refund requests should be directed to Far East 247 via its email address: [email protected].

For the avoidance of doubt, in any case of epidemics (including Covid-19), the refund and cancellation policy will remain in accordance with the policy set forth in the table above. 

In case of cancellation, the price of the flight ticket will be deducted from the price of the package (in the case of domestic flights) and will be charged separately according to the airline's policy. A cancellation made on a Sunday or on a day that is not a working day abroad, will be considered for the purpose of determining the cancellation fee, as if it was made the next day. 

In all types of vacations, trips and tours, in the event of cancellation by one or more passengers out of a number of confirmed passengers in the reservation, you will bear the cost of the cancellation fees as indicated above, and in addition the cost of changing the reservation for the other passengers (if there was an effect on the price of the other passengers due to cancellation).
