3. Bookings -

 You are invited to place an online order for the various tourism services and products in different countries (such as tours, entrance tickets, flight tickets, accommodation, trips, etc.) ("Tourism Services") through the website Far East 247. Upon completion of the order process for the tourism services ("the ordered service(s)" and/or "the order"), you will be required to pay the required amount for the service ordered as mentioned (as it appeared on the website and/or as explained by the company's staff, and during the order process). After payment for the ordered services, you will receive an email confirming the ordered service ("Order Confirmation"). The ordered services are operated and provided by a local third-party tour operator and/or by the ("Operator"). After completing the ordered service through the website, you will be provided with the contact details of the operator who is expected to perform the tour services in your ordered service.

 Your registration and/or that of any passenger who is registered through you and with your help, for one of the packages or some of them, constitutes your express consent to these terms and limitations.

Since Far East 247 relies on information provided to it by third parties, you hereby acknowledge that an ordered service may be canceled, modified or delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of Far East 247 and/or the operator (including force majeure events and to prevent any doubt, including epidemics). In such cases, Far East 247 and/or the operator will make every effort to inform you as far in advance as we can of such changes and will work to provide reasonable solutions in real time to minimize the impact of such cancellations, changes or delays on the costs and/or schedule and or your general experience from the services. In particular, in cases where there is no access to certain sites or attractions, Far East 247 and/or the operator may decide on an alternative attraction and you will not be entitled to any compensation or refund for such changes. Far East 247 will not be responsible, in any way whatsoever, for any content and/or services offered, offered and/or provided by any operator, service providers, hotels and/or third parties, which are separate and offered outside of the services offered, submitted and operated on By Far East 247

4. Domestic flights in the destination countries -

Far East 247 provides, as part of the packages it markets and as required, domestic flights in the destination countries only.

The flights are regular flights or charter flights.

All flight times and dates may change without prior notice.

In case of flight delays, Far East 247 will not be responsible for the disruptions caused by this or the loss of ground services. It is clarified that the flight times are in accordance with the schedule of the airlines and the agent does not undertake to make up vacation days due to disruptions in the aforementioned flight, either in practice or with financial compensation.

For your information, the airlines usually require you to report to the flight desk upon departure or return at least 3 hours before the flight time stated on the ticket, for security reasons and in order to complete the departure arrangements.

Far East 247 will not be responsible for any damage caused to you as a result of being late to check in according to the airline's requirements.

Far East 247 is not responsible for security and/or safety procedures applicable at the various airports in the world. Please note that in many countries it is forbidden to bring electrical appliances, cameras, toiletries and more on the plane.

You must find out in advance which accessories cannot be brought on the plane, and organize accordingly.

You will not hear any claim and/or complaint against Far East 247 regarding damage and/or loss caused to the passenger as a result of bringing these prohibited accessories.

You declare and confirm that you know that Far East 247 is not responsible for any flight delays and/or flight cancellations and/or damage to the quality of the trip and/or tour that result from a strike and/or shutdown of any party, including airport employees, the airport, etc..

5. Transfers -

In packages that include transfers, the transfers are not private (unless private transfers were ordered),

And sometimes they are not directly from the airport to the hotel/apartments, but are carried out via a bus/minibus that collects/disperses the customers at several sites/hotels.

Sometimes the passengers are required to switch to another vehicle during the trip (FEEDER).

 6. Advertisements, sales promotions, sponsorships and benefits -

Far East 247 may receive and display through the website advertisements, promotions, discounts and sponsorships from third parties and may provide you with benefits provided through third parties. For your information, Far East 247 does not give any responsibility regarding advertisements, promotions, sponsorships and benefits of this type, whether Far East 247 has control over them or not. Far East 247 may be entitled to certain portions of the profits arising from such advertisements, promotions, benefits, sponsorships and discounts. You agree and confirm that you will not be entitled to any compensation in relation to the conduct referred to in this paragraph as stated. Far East 247 is not responsible for such third party advertisements, benefits and sponsorships and will not be responsible for any damage or loss, cost or expense incurred by you or any other person as a result of or in connection with third party advertisements, benefits and sponsorships.

All information contained in such advertisements, promotions, benefits, sponsorships and discounts belongs solely to the advertisers and Far East 247 does not take any responsibility in connection with these, whether Far East 247 has control over these advertisements, promotions, benefits, sponsorships and discounts or whether these are provided on "AS IS" basis.

Far East 247 and/or its representatives are not obligated and cannot even verify the accuracy of the information represented in this type of advertisement in a current and topical manner at any given moment, and therefore, Far East 247 does not take any responsibility regarding the accuracy of the advertisements.

7. User responsibility -

7.1. tours -

You are required to arrive legally at each pick-up point at least 25 minutes before the time set for the start of such a tour. During the tour, the operator's drivers or the operator or the tour guide, are not obliged to wait for you after the time set in each case by the representative of the relevant operator. If you miss the pick-up time at the pre-arranged pick-up point, or the time set to arrive at other points during the tour, the tour may continue without you and the operator and/or Far East 247 will not be held responsible and will not be responsible for any compensation, refund or damage caused to you as a result. You hereby understand and acknowledge that in certain types of organized service, the operator's arrival at pick-up points may be delayed due to unexpected traffic and road congestion or other external conditions beyond the control of Far East 247, the driver or the operator. Any changes you wish to make to your ordered service, including a change in the location of the pick-up point, tour date, etc., must be made in writing and approved by Far East 247.

7.2. For the avoidance of doubt, when participating in a group tour, you are obligated to remain with the group at all times, where any separation from the group, permanently or temporarily, may result in the need for 'rescue fees' and/or additional costs and/or any financial damage and/or physical injury and mentally and/or for additional costs in order to return you to the ongoing tour route, all of this will be carried out at the sole discretion of the operator and/or Far East 247 and such costs as mentioned, will be paid and provided fully by you. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you will not have the right to offset or deduct any costs or extraction fees in different countries, applicable to you under these terms, from any site or attraction costs that were missed and/or not used.

7.3. It is highly recommended to carry an active and charged cell phone with which you can at any time receive and make local and/or international and/or Internet calls and/or messages.

You must provide Far East 247 with your contact number during the booking and registration process on the website. You hereby acknowledge that using your mobile phone outside your country may impose different rates and special costs, and Far East 247 and/or the operator will not be responsible or bear any costs or expenses in this regard and such use will be at your sole expense.

7.4. It is hereby clarified that the operator and/or Far East 247 may, at their sole and absolute discretion, require you to withdraw, or suspend you in another way, temporarily or permanently, immediately or at a certain point in time, from any tour, excursion or service booked by you , if your behavior will be considered offensive, violent, or will cause significant annoyance or inconvenience to other participants. The right of the operator in this context will also apply in the event of you not keeping a reasonable pace with the other members of the group in a way that harms other participants during the tour. Far East 247 and the operator shall have no further responsibility for the need for your transportation as stated in light of the circumstances and you shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

7.4. All services will be covered by insurance purchased by you only. Far East 247 and/or the operator recommend that you insure yourself against any personal health damage, with appropriate insurances for the nature of the activity and services you ordered including but not limited to, extreme insurance, insurance against various epidemics and Covid 19 in particular, personal accidents, third party, property. Also, Far East 247 and the operator will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of your personal belongings.

7.6. You are required to confirm that there are no errors or contradictions between the services on the route and the trip provided to you by the website and the company staff. In any case of a discrepancy in your itinerary from the website and your reservation, you are required to contact our team and customer service in writing and immediately.

7.7. Certain requirements may be imposed by the company and/or the operator, the hotel or other sites or entities involved in the ordered service, with regard to epidemics such as Covid-19. These can include, among others, a requirement to wear a nose and mouth mask, a requirement for certain social distancing or a requirement to present vaccination certificates, an appropriate medical examination and/or any other requirement. Such requirements may change from time to time, often at the last minute, and may be the result of government policy or policies of the relevant company and the relevant country. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the operator or Far East 247 canceling the ordered service, temporarily or permanently, without entitlement to a refund.

With regard to the validity of passports and visas, the customer must make sure that the passport in his possession is valid for at least six months from the date of landing in the country where a trip and/or tour was booked via Far East 247, and send passport photos as requested by the website and the company staff. Any problem caused by the fact that you chose not to send Passport photos are your sole responsibility. You must ensure that you have any visa and/or documents necessary for your departure from the country and your entry into the destination country. Far East 247 is not responsible for these issues.

The travel documents are sent to you up to a week before the travel date, provided that you have finished paying all your obligations for the trip. It will be clarified that the completion of the payment and/or commitment to payment is a condition for the delivery of the travel documents.

You must check the travel documents, as soon as you receive it from Far East 247 and/or the company's team, and make sure that you have all the relevant documents in your hand (airline tickets, hotel and transfer vouchers, car rental vouchers), including that the details listed in them correspond to the order you made.

8. Waiver -

During a tour, it is likely that the operator and/or any employee on his behalf, including drivers, tour guides, etc., will take certain photos and videos for advertising and sales promotion purposes, it is likely that such photos and videos will be published on social networks and/or on the website and/or in other marketing materials, all subject to our Privacy Policy terms. If you do not agree to be photographed, please inform the representative of the operator and/or Far East 247 as soon as possible, and in any case before taking the photos and videos. You acknowledge and agree that any photo and video taken by the Operator, and/or the operator's staff and/or the staff of Far East 247, may be used, reproduced, publicly distributed or displayed for the purposes mentioned above. You will not receive any compensation and/or payment for any use of such images and videos. You expressly release and discharge Far East 247 and its employees and contractors from any possible claim on your part as a result of the use, processing, reproduction, distribution, broadcast of advertising, or display of such photographs and videos.

9. The Consumer Protection Law for Israeli Passport Holders-

A customer may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "the Law") within fourteen days from the date of making the transaction or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided that the cancellation is made no later than seven business days before the date on which The service is supposed to be provided. Cancellation of the transaction must be done in writing. In any case of giving such a cancellation notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee at a rate not exceeding 5% of the relative cost of the order or 100 NIS per consumer, whichever is the lower. Provided that your order cancellation is not due to a defect or incompatibility in the service as defined in section 14e(a) of the law, then no cancellation fees will be charged at all.

What is said regarding the right to cancellation as mentioned above, according to the provisions of the law, will not apply to the goods and services specified in section 14c (d)(2) of the law, that is, when the time set for the provision of the service (accommodation, travel, vacation or recreation services) falls within seven days, which are not days of rest, before the date when the service is to be provided - then the cancellation fees will apply as determined by the airlines, hotel suppliers, other tourism and the agent.

Also it is agreed, in the passenger's opinion, under these conditions, that the statute of limitations for any event related to the package will be shortened by agreement to two years from the date of the passenger's return to Israel. This condition limits the limitation period to two years, by agreement, in accordance with the provisions of Section 19 of the Limitation Law, 1958.

The option to change and/or add online payment processors is at our sole discretion. We do not control and are not affiliated with such Internet Payment Processors, these Internet Payment Processors are independent contractors and suppliers and have no working relationship or partnership with Far East 247. Far East 247 is in no way responsible for the actions or performance or lack of performance of the Online Payment Processors, and You agree that You acknowledge that the use of the online payment processors is at your own risk and that you assume the full risks and responsibilities of conducting any transactions through them. It is your responsibility to comply with all terms specified by the online payment processors in their terms of use and privacy policy.

Fees are paid in USD currency. Far East 247 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, change the fee schedule, payment terms and cancellation policy detailed on the website. Any such change will take action immediately after its publication on the website and/or in the policies on the website. Far East 247 may deduct foreign currency processing costs from any payment (including currency conversion fees and transfer fees and other processing fees incurred by you).

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing regarding certain tourism services offered through the website and/or by the company's staff, all prices of said tourism services do not include meals, drinks, entrance fees, accommodation, personal travel insurance and/or any other costs and expenses that are not specified in the inclusions and in the trip plan offered on the website.

The tourism services may include certain tours or transfers that cross between the countries of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos or other countries ("crossing trips"). These crossing trips are subject to additional fees that are displayed on the website, you hereby acknowledge these costs and they will be deemed accepted by you upon receipt of confirmation of the reservation for the particular trip ("Additional Crossing Trip Fees"). Additional rates may include, among others, border crossing fees for exit taxes for individuals and/or groups, visa arrangement and preparation, assistance service from a representative at the border, and "visa fees" that may apply. For some of the costs that will apply to crossing trips, additional fees must be paid in cash (whether in US dollars or in local currency), upon arrival at the borders. In the event of refusal to cross a border or arrest by government authorities, and/or any other event, the crossing trip will continue without you, and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

You hereby acknowledge that additional crossing fees may be changed from time to time by the relevant government authorities. Far East 247 and/or the operator will make all reasonable efforts to inform you in advance and as soon as Far East 247 becomes aware of such revisions, but we cannot guarantee that such notice will be given to you in advance, at any time.

You also acknowledge that, immediately after entering a foreign country, if you continue to travel with a foreign third-party tour operator external to the service provided to you by Far East 247, they will be responsible for the remaining part of the transit and onward travel and will be considered the operator for that part. Although Far East 247 will act as your point of contact, Far East 247 is not responsible and will not be liable for the operation of the post-transit trip.

You hereby confirm that in case you continue on your own after crossing to another country, Far East 247 will not bear any responsibility of any kind, regarding the continuation of your trip, and that you are solely responsible for everything that happens and you do.

In certain situations, and regarding tours and/or crossing trips, and depending on the full discretion of the operator, it is possible to change the order of the sites, change the order of days within a multi-day trip, as well as the location of the accommodations. You acknowledge that this is possible and you will not be entitled to claim any refund under such circumstances.

12. Use Restrictions -

There are certain behaviors that are strictly prohibited when using the website. Failure to comply with any of the instructions detailed here may result (at the sole discretion of Far East 247) in the termination of your use of the website and/or contents and/or service and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.
