The Royal Palace, built by King Norodom in 1866 on the site of the old town, and the Silver Pagoda, located within the grounds of the Royal Palace.

The National Museum

The National Museum of Cambodia is a must-visit for any traveler to Phnom Penh. The museum is home to a vast collection of Khmer art and artifacts, dating back to the 4th century. The museum's collection is one of the most comprehensive in the world, and it offers a fascinating glimpse into the rich history and culture of Cambodia.


The museum is housed in a stunning building, that was designed in Khmer style in 1917 by famed French architect Georges Groslier. The building is made of warm red terracotta, and it is topped by a gracefully curved roof, which is decorated with dozens of guardian nagas.

The Central Market - Psar Thmei

Visit the Central Market (Psar Thmei), a large market constructed in 1937 in the shape of a dome with four arms branching out into vast hallways with countless stalls of goods. 

The four wings of this gigantic yellow dome are teeming with stalls that sell goods ranging from gold and silver to antique coins, money exchange, books, flowers, food, fabrics, shoes, souvenirs, seafood, and countless other products.

Cambo Cruise

Walk along the riverbank and breathe fresh air before embarking on the Cambo Cruise.

On deck, you will witness the stunning sunset view and enjoy dinner on the cruise.
